Cycling: Chaudière-AppalachesChaudière-Appalaches is probably the region in Quebec that is the best adaptated to welcome cyclists. In fact, more than 700 kilometres of cycling paths await you, including ten circuits you can discover on your bicycle. Some lodging establishments are even adaptated to cyclists and offer services to answer their needs. Some paths allow you to discover all the attractions of the region as well as the most beautiful villages of Quebec thet are hidden in the territory.

Region of Chaudière-Appalaches

Lévis cycling network
You can cross the Lévis area along the Parcours des Anses, which runs along the St. Lawrence River for 15 kilometres. You will have an impressive view on the Québec and Pierre-Laporte bridges as well as on the Île d'Orléans bridge and on the Montmorency Falls. The Grand Tronc path takes you to Saint-Agapit for a 22-kilometre ride.
Lotbinière cycling network
Enjoy the Lotbinière region by bike! Two cycling paths allow you to visit the region: a 25-kilometre path that will take you from Dosquet to Saint-Agapit, and another 22 kilometre path that takes people from Lévis to Saint-Agapit. Come put your nose out!
Parc des Chutes-de-la-Chaudière
Come relax in this park located only steps away from the city. Observe the view on the waterfall from the top of the viewpoints. You can also cross the river on the suspended bridge, or enjoy a picnic with your family. You can also walk along the 2.2 kilometres of paths, or bike along the 1.5 kilometres of cycling paths.
Parc régional du Massif du Sud
Come breathe in the Chaudière-Appalaches fresh air in this regional park where no less than 20 mountains await you. Hike along the hiking paths, which are more than 71 kilometres long, see the cascades and canyons, go on a bike ride along the 35 kilometres of paths or spend the night at the campground.
Véloroute de la Chaudière
To fully enjoy the Chaudière-Appalaches outdoors while exercising, try the Véloroute de la Chaudière. You can walk, in-line skate or bike along the 46 kilometres of path from Saint-Lambert to Vallée-Jonction.
Véloroute des migrations
To fully enjoy the fresh air while discovering the attractions of the region, ride along the Véloroute des migrations. A total of 39 kilometres will take you from Cap-Saint-Ignace to Berthier-sur-Mer and will make you discover the most beautiful landscapes of the region.
